A one hour talk working on techniques to improve posture and release tension and avoid typical problems caused by sitting for prolonged periods.
The session will concentrate on looking at the correct use of equipment to help prevent neck and shoulder strain and learning a series of simple exercises easily performed within the work place to alleviate tension and back ache. It will also focus on posture identifying potential injuries and exploring techniques to correct alignment.
I am able to provide regular back up services to help control stress within the workplace such as On-Site Massage and Reflexology and, subject to space, teach Pilates either to groups or on a one to one basis.
